Since 2006 we have arranged direct investment opportunities in the shipping and real estate sectors through various project finance structures including:  sale & leaseback arrangements, asset-backed bond issues and various equity instruments.

We arrange “turn-key” solutions from origination to execution including incorporating investment vehicles, sale and purchase agreements, employment and post-delivery management of individual projects. This includes advisory work related to complex projects and corporate finance transactions.
